The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is “Moving More for Mental Health”. Tilhill staff are being challenged to arrange some collective exercise in the week, including lunchtime walks together. There is well proven link between physical and mental health, so take up the challenge and move more during the week. What that looks like for each of us will differ, we all have our own fitness levels and health issues, so what is a warm up for one person is a challenge for others.
Don’t compare yourself to others, do what challenges you and be happy.
