Alex Baines, Forest Manager
Alex joined the Northwest team in 2024 having previously worked with Forestry England.
Prior to joining Tilhill Forestry, Alex gained experience in working to the UK Forestry Standard at portfolio-scale conifer and broadleaf plantations, managing harvesting, restocking and establishment maintenance.
He has a wealth of experience of supervising and managing contractors, monitoring health and safety on site and maintaining work standards.
He is looking forward to developing his portfolio of properties and is working towards achieving Technical Membership to the Institute of Chartered Foresters.
