Frances Sherar BSc (Hons), Operations Manager         Â
Following graduation Frances completed a traineeship as a Land Management Advisor and spent time gaining skills in conservation.
Frances has since enjoyed working across a range of industries and sectors gaining experience of business and sales administration, as well as the ISO 9001:2015 standard for quality management systems.
Frances joined Tilhill in January 2022 as an Assistant Landscaping Operations Manager. Frances worked in administrative roles across a variety of sectors before joining the Landscaping team and since starting she has completed the ROLO Operatives Health, Safety & Environmental Awareness Course, gained the CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification and is obtaining the white CSCS card under academic means.
Frances supports the Landscaping team in the coordination of Landscaping operations, with a focus on quality, and looks forward to learning more about Tilhill’s ongoing and upcoming projects, making site visits and meeting clients.
