Darrell Boult BSc (Hons) Tech Cert Arb MICFor, Deputy Regional Manager
Darrell leads a team of 4 Forest Managers covering the western half of the district and oversees all aspects of business generation, procurement and delivery.
He is specifically responsible for managing timber harvesting, restocking programmes and large-scale productive woodland creation projects for key investment portfolios. This culminated in winning the James Jones Trophy, Scotland’s Finest Woodland Awards for the Jerah property in 2017.
With a practical forestry background commencing in Cumbria in 1993, he graduated from Newton Rigg in 1999 and since joining Tilhill in 2003, has also had roles in Landscape contracting and Arboriculture.
His personal interests include road/mountain biking and long distance open water swimming.
