James Endacott, Assistant Forest Manager
James started off in conservation straight out of school, as he enjoys the managing the environment, going to college to study countryside management, and learning a vast variety of practical skills, including forestry.
He moved into forestry full time in 2016 and worked as an estate forester in the Surrey Hills, completing a variety of practical forestry tasks, from planting to felling.
James started with Tilhill in 2023 to progress and continue providing forestry management, using his background practical knowledge of industry operations.
In his spare time James enjoys walking, cycling and playing cricket.
