Matthew Wilson BSc, Area Manager (Northumberland & South)
Having studied and gained a BSc in Forest and Woodland Management from Newton Rigg, Matthew spent nine years working within timber harvesting. He worked his way up to Area Manager covering and developing operations initially in the NE England and S/E Scotland before moving into SW Scotland and building harvesting operations up to 150,000 tonne programme on that side. A change of direction into Forest Management within NE England / SE Scotland sees him now overseeing the management of forests that in previous years he was responsible for harvesting.
