Last month we reported on the forthcoming changes to the driving licence entitlement to tow. These were due to come into effect on 15th November but were subsequently delayed.

The Government website currently reports that new regulations are to be brought in but no date is currently given, well at the time of writing at least, but as we know, these things can change.
