Jack took action when he noticed others working in the buffer zone of a Goshawk nest. Although the works were nothing to do with Tilhill, Jack wanted to ensure the Goshawk was undisturbed. He approached the gang, stopped their works and then informed their supervisor and the landowner of the location of the nest and the buffer zone they needed to respect.
Thanks to Jack taking the initiative not only did he help another company with their obligations but most importantly helped to protect the nest Goshawk
