Tilhill Forestry has announced two new senior appointments both of which will be based at its head office in Scotland.
Kirsty Adams will join as the new Head of Safety & Assurance and Iggy Dunn has been promoted to Financial Director.
Kirsty, from Denny, Scotland, is a Chartered Health and Safety Professional with a wide range of experience within various industries including Top Tier COMAH (Control of Major Accident Hazards) registered industrial sites. Previously she was Scottish Operations H&S Manager at Forth Ports Ltd which operates seven ports across Scotland. She has also worked for several global companies.
Like many other Tilhill Forestry employees, Kirsty enjoys mountain biking and hopes to compete in next year’s Mountain Bike Challenge at Coed Llandegla. She is also a professionally qualified teacher of highland dancing.
Iggy Dunn has a BSC (Hons) in Mathematics and is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA). She is being promoted internally following the retirement of Andy Hudson. Iggy, from Dunfermline has been a member of the Tilhill Forestry Finance and Management team since 2001 and has seen the business grow from a turnover of £14 million to £120 million in that time. Before joining Tilhill Forestry Iggy worked in financial roles in a number of large companies including Safeway, Beiersdorf UK Ltd, Whitbread, Gestetner and Sainsbury’s Homebase. In her spare time Iggy enjoys skiing, badminton, cooking and travelling
